Healthy Child Development

A traumatized childhood at home and at school due to bad parenting skills and social conflicts and constant quarrels. Again traumatized till high school. PTSD , Panic Disorder, Hyperventilation, etc already diagnosed. am taking medications. Done with therapy and still suffering from the after effects of emotional and physical abuse i went through from my childhood days till a high school (a few years ago).
