is this fine ?? i basically did arms/legs/abs 5 days. and took two consecutive days off. i dont do weights !
i have to take a certain number of days off so i dont injure myself and my muscles need to heal.

I go to Retro Fitness. I prefer to work-out shirtless, but never see any guys working-out shirtless at Retro Fitness. I carry around a towel with me when I work-out. The next time I hit the gym, should I just take my shirt off when I’m on the treadmill? Should I just let someone approach me if they don’t want me working-out shirtless? Im just afraid of another member complaing.

I weigh 175, My height is 5’3, I’m female and i eat three times a day. Breakfast, Lunch, & dinner with snacks in between. Small portions. i try to eat fruit and veggies but i have to admit not very often. But i’m new to trying to be healthy, i work out @ anytime fitness doing 30 mins on the treadmill and like 17 min on the stepper- thats in the afternoon, but i wanna work out at night after dinner again. Is that healthy?

I want to work out at Lifetime Fitness, but I don’t want to get a membership without knowing how old you have to be in order to work out. Also, how old do you have to be to get a membership? To be specific, I am talking about the south Austin gym.

What gym do you love and why. What make this gym stand out among the others. Chains or smaller gyms are what I am asking about or any gym. 10 points for most detail of why you love it.
24 hour fitness, Balley’s gym, LA fitness, Gold’s Gym, My Fitness, Fitness 19, Pro Club. Any listed ot not. Or why you hate gyms and exercise away on your own.
