Weight Loss The Weight Loss program varies the resistance at the lower levels, which is designed to help keep your heart rate within the recommended range for losing weight.

Interval Interval training helps you improve your cardiovascular fitness or enhance your sports performance. The resistance levels change from low to high in a repeated pattern giving you a short period of intense exercise followed by a segment to recuperate.

Random In the My ZoneThe Random program changes the amount of effort required by randomly changing the resistance during the course of the program.

Heart Rate In the My Zone Constant Heart Rate Control program you enter your desired heart rate and the console will automatically vary the resistance level to keep your heart rate constant as you exercise.
