Use leave in conditioner after you come out of the shower. Just do whatever you usually do in the shower like shampoo, conditioner, ect. And when you are the shower tip your head upside down and massarge your head it makes your hair grow faster, feels nice and it makes your hair absorbe nutrients better. Btw you can’t repair split ends you have to get them cut off the products only prevent them for a little while.
Good luck and hope I helped =]

I’m personally loving the sulfate-free line of shampoos and conditioners from L’Oreal, and leaving a dime-sized drop of jojoba oil in my hair during the day (applied to dry hair). The oil smooths down fraying ends and helps to keep moisture in your hair throughout the day. Better to apply it from the neck down than to roots for damage control.
