SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We only ship to the 50 US states and to Canada. (We only ship via UPS to Canada so that it is insured and can be tracked. UPS has an initial flat rate that may be too costly for the buyer for smaller items.).
Note regarding costs:
For those of you whom are curious, the basic costs associated with eBay and PayPal are approximately 12% – 16% for the total amount of the sale which is absorbed by our sellers. eBay charges to list the item, for any additional pictures as well as a percentage of the item’s selling price. PayPal charges a percentage of the item sold – including its shipping, its handling and EVEN its insurance.
Refunds and Returns:
If the item received is substantially different from the description in the auction listing or in the online store listing we will honor a return and refund. Returns/refunds are not offered for any other reasons. You must email us with a description within 3 days of receipt – day one is the day of receipt of the package. You must receive authorization to return the item. Returned items must be received within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION that they were shipped, in the original packaging with the original manufacturer’s packaging – no exceptions. Once received, we will refund your purchase price as long as the item is in the same condition as when we shipped it. We will open up a case with eBay to receive a sales fee credit back from them. If you “decline to cancel the transactionâ€, we will deduct the eBay fee from the purchase price prior to issuing your refund.
