Healthy And Smooth

I am teaching some healthy eating classes for little children, but I am not exactly sure how I can convince them to eat healthy food. I am not allowed to use real food in the class which is what makes it hard. does anyone have any ideas about how to teach them about nutrition…such as doing art projects or something like that

I”m not talking about pain. I’m talking about being denied some things they want, to work for what they want, to earn privileges, to do chores and family work, learning how to see something through, to deny themselves for the benefit of someone else, etc.

and how does it explain unattractive folks who give birth to very healthy children?

I think even if First Lady Obama were to come out with a “Fire Safety for Children” plan, conservatives would pounce on it and say they are losing their “freedoms” to “Big Government”.
I can see Sarah Palin now… “The government wants me to put SMOKE DETECTORS in my Alaska cabin!!! Pretty soon, they’ll want me to install SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS in my daughters’ bedrooms!!!!!”

People look down on my mother for breast feeding us (I’m 20 and my brother is 17). But at the same time, they say breast milk is the healthiest for a growing child. Can society make up its mind?

It bugs me when people say: ” don’t worry, your growing” or “kids can eat whatever they want, high metabolisms” I’m 12, and I care. Do you agree?
