I’m a college student attending class 20 miles from home, with a huge afternoon break in the afternoon.

Lately I’ve been eating unhealthy driving up to any burger/fries fast food joint.
I want to begin to make my own lunch either the night before or morning of before I head out to school. I get hungry in the afternoon obviously and want to eat healthy rather than unhealthy.
What are some Healthy foods that are easy to make for me to take and then eat in the afternoon?

I’m a 22 year old male, living on my own. That being said, I am looking for CHEAP but HEALTHY dinner options. Any ideas / suggestions? I do not have a lot of time to cook, so the easier the better.

I keep finding sack lunch web sites for kids, but that’s not quite what I’m looking for. I’m looking for quick, healthy ideas for things I can make ahead of time and pack easily for work – without having to spend a lot of money on pre-made food. I’m a single mom with 3 kids and I need to quit eating out so often!

We’re down to two in the household and I’ve never really enjoyed cooking much. We both like eating healthy but on a budget. Thanks!
I have experience cooking (I was the main cook in the family for 23 years) and have some cookbooks, but really want things to make that are easy to whip up fast and still healthy. We don’t really want a lot of leftovers. I do buy lots of fresh fruit, and organic as much as possible.
