It can’t require the use of a stove. It can be a snack or a meal. One time we made trail mix and another time we made a black bean salad. It has to be healthy and really easy and simpe to make. It also has to be balanced in termas of the food pyramid and portions. I’ll check for that.

I’m a 28 year old male, 6’1′, approx. 190lbs, and recently began working out at the gym again, for the first time since I was probably in my early 20s. I’m not trying to loose Weight necessarily, but i’d like to get my younger physique back. Mainly my mid section has gotten bigger, the ol’ “spare tire”. Ok so my dad just signed up for LA Fitness, and since he signed up before the complex opened, his is 24.95 I believe. I would like to be able to go there too, but we only have 2 guest passes that are good for 6 days. I would really like to be able to go there too, but my parents don’t believe that I would be able to make a commitment, but I believe I can.
