I have tried most. These are my views:
Memory Foam – Makes TMJ worse. Too hard.
Fibre – Too hard. Difficult sleeping on.
Tempur Orthopedic Pillow – same as above
Feather Down pillow – This is the best but it is hard to find the right balance towards being too soft and too firm.
What do you all think is the best choice for someone with TMJ?

I rarely wake up with neck pain, but when I do, it is excruciating. About a week ago I woke up with some really bad neck pain, but this time it is taking much longer to get better. I want a good orthopedic pillow to sleep on because I ALWAYS wake up with neck pains and it results in me having headaches and not being able to function at my full capabilities.
Most of the one’s I’ve looked at are for back sleepers and side sleepers, I sleep on my stomach.
Is there an orthopedic pillow for stomach sleepers?

I had neck surgery in 1994 and now have a wire in my neck. I had an orthopedic pillow, which was okay, but it’s worn out. The brand has been discontinued. I have a collection of more than ten pillows (including memory foam pillows). None help with my neck pain. Doctors have not been any help and the physical therapist gave me a crappy one.
