I rarely wake up with neck pain, but when I do, it is excruciating. About a week ago I woke up with some really bad neck pain, but this time it is taking much longer to get better. I am still in pain right now and I am tired of it, literally. I can’t get a good nights sleep. From your experience, what is the best orthopedic pillow out there? Please my back and neck hurt very much and is due to the bad pillows that I have at this moment.

I want a good orthopedic pillow to sleep on because I ALWAYS wake up with neck pains and it results in me having headaches and not being able to function at my full capabilities.
Most of the one’s I’ve looked at are for back sleepers and side sleepers, I sleep on my stomach.
Is there an orthopedic pillow for stomach sleepers?

I had neck surgery in 1994 and now have a wire in my neck. I had an orthopedic pillow, which was okay, but it’s worn out. The brand has been discontinued. I have a collection of more than ten pillows (including memory foam pillows). None help with my neck pain. Doctors have not been any help and the physical therapist gave me a crappy one.
