I keep finding sack lunch web sites for kids, but that’s not quite what I’m looking for. I’m looking for quick, healthy ideas for things I can make ahead of time and pack easily for work – without having to spend a lot of money on pre-made food. I’m a single mom with 3 kids and I need to quit eating out so often!

I have some acne scaring that is just pigmentation, no pits or anything like that. I’ve tried so many acne scare creams that *surprise* don’t work.
so i was thinking would anti-aging creams that are meant to treat dark spots/whiten areas help with acne scars?
your experience? product suggestions?

I’m a 28 year old male, 6’1′, approx. 190lbs, and recently began working out at the gym again, for the first time since I was probably in my early 20s. I’m not trying to loose Weight necessarily, but i’d like to get my younger physique back. Mainly my mid section has gotten bigger, the ol’ “spare tire”. Im a hairdresser. I need quick healthy food I can eat between clients. What should I buy at the grocery store? I have 9 hour workdays, so I need 2 bring a few things everyday and get sick of buying lunch. Thanks.

Ok so my dad just signed up for LA Fitness, and since he signed up before the complex opened, his is 24.95 I believe. I would like to be able to go there too, but we only have 2 guest passes that are good for 6 days. I would really like to be able to go there too, but my parents don’t believe that I would be able to make a commitment, but I believe I can.

I am 15 and i work out 6-7 days a week and I regulate what I eat. I have banned products that contain a lot of high fructose corn syrup and I absolutely do not drink soda nor have i had for years. I completely cut out any fast food at all and i mostly eat whole grain wheat and other healthy nut and grain options.I also have peanut butter sometimes in the morning to help keep me focused. Dont Dumb it down i’ve done electrical work for two years. I know the ohms law and power triangle equations.Was wondering if someone could give me an equation to be able to find the amount of torque generated by those machines to figure out how large a capacitor you could feesably have. Also interested in solar energy power/ square ft-but thats unrelated.
